MINCED BEEF WELLINGTON by MARCONI McCONNELL
























I MADE THIS RECIPE FROM JAMIE OLIVER'S BOOK (THE MINISTRE OF FOOD) AND I MUST SAY THAT IT WAS VERY EASY INDEED TO MAKE IT AND TASTES DELICIOUS!!! BUT I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT IT GOES WITH AND I DECIDED TO TRY IT WITH STEAMED GREEN BEANS AND CARROTS AND SLIGHTLY PAN-FRIED LARGE PORTOBELLO MUSHROOMS IN BUTTER. I THINK I DID WELL!!!

  1. Marconi, I am very happy to see that you are making a very good use of the present we gave to you. I am sure that Richard feels the same! Congratulations for your blog! It look as good as the food displayed on it. Coincidentaly, I just cooked chicken in a red wine sauce (Marcos me ensinou) in my pression pan. It smells good, but I need to wait for Nathalia to start eating. I will try to take a photo.
