RICE SALAD, GRILLED SALMON AND POACHED EGGS by MARCONI McCONNELL




IN THIS RECIPE I MADE THE POACHED EGG AND GRILLED SALMON BY MYSELF, BUT THE RICE SALAD (WHICH IS FROM JAMIE OLIVER'S BOOK, MINISTRY OF FOOD). THE COMBINATION WAS ALSO BY MYSELF AND TASTED ABSOLUTELY DIVINE. IF YOU TRY TO MAKE THIS RECIPE, MAKE SURE THE EGG YOLK IS PRETTY SOFT, BECAUSE WHEN YOU CUT THE EGG , THE YOLK MELTS BEAUTIFULLY ON TOP OF THE SALMON GIVING THAT EXTRA DELICIOUS TASTE!!!

A COMBINACAO, TAMBEM FOI POR MINHA CONTA E O SABOR FICOU ABSOLUTAMENTE DIVINO. SE VOCE TENTAR FAZER ESTA RECEITA, NAO ESQUECA DE DEIXAR A GEMA DO OVO BEM MOLINHA, POQUE QUANDO VC CORTA O OVO A GEMA DERRETE LINDAMENTE PELO SALMAO DANDO AQUELE EXTRA DELICIOSO SABOR!!!
