PORK CHOPS by MARCONI McCONNELL






ANOTHER EASY AND QUICK DISH TO PREPARE! SO, GET READY...

4 PORK CHOPS
1/2 LEMON AND (ZEST)
OLIVE OIL
BLACK PEPPER AND SEA SALT (ACCORDING TO YOUR TASTE)
FIRST OF ALL, HEAT THE OVEN AND THEN SPRINKLE SOME SEA SALT AND BLACK PEPPER OVER THE PORK CHOPS, RUB A LITTLE BIT OF OLIVE OIL AND POUR THE LEMON JUICE ALONG WITH THE LEMON ZEST. WRAP THEM UP WITH KITCHEN FOIL AND PUT IN THE OVEN FOR ABOUT 30 TO 40 MINS. FINALLY REMOVE THE KITCHEN FOIL AND LEAVE TILL THE PORK CHOPS ARE GOLDEN. THAT'S IT!!!

4 BISTECAS DE PORCO
1/2 LIMAO E (RASPA)
OLEO DE AZEITE DE OLIVA
PIMENTA E SAL (A GOSTO)
PRIMEIRO DE TUDO, AQUECA O FORNO. ENTAO TEMPERE AS BISTECAS COM SAL DO MAR E PIMENTA. ESFREGUE UM POUCO DE OLEO DE AZEITE E ESPREMA O SUCO DE LIMAO SEGUIDO DA RASPA. ENROLE COM PAPEL ALUMINIO E LEVE AO FORNO POR APROXIMADAMENTE 30 A 40 MINS. FINALMENTE REMOVA O PAPEL ALUMINIO E DEIXE AS BISTECAS ATE DOURAR. E ISSO AI!!!
